Digital Downloads / Printable Art
There are no refunds for printable art. Please ensure you select the correct size when placing an order as we cannot process an exchange once files are downloaded.
Returns on physical products
We currently only provide returns on damaged or lost items. If there are any issues with your order when it arrives please contact us at hello@gracedigitalartco.com and include photographs and details of any damage within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Items lost in transit
